614-00912 Power Supply Board 		Bally logo

These boards are used in the Captain Fantastic Home Version pinball machines. Common problems with the 614-00912 board include burnt header pins, dried out capacitors, and blown regulators. If your power supply is faulty, the whole machine will suffer. The best thing to do is just rebuild the whole thing. I also give your board a complete bench test to make sure everything's working properly.

I order to properly repair this board, you MUST include the transformer assembly when you send your board. Without the transformer, it is impossible for me to test it as I do not have one on my bench.

I also ask that you pay return postage, which will be the going rate for U.S. Priority Flat Rate Priority, or International Priority, plus optional insurance.

Don't forget, you HAVE to include the transformer with the board if you want me to test the board when I'm done.

BE SURE TO ADD LOTS OF PACKING MATERIAL AROUND THE TRANSFORMER TO KEEP IT
FROM SHIFTING AROUND IN THE BOX!!!
