I'm sure you all have heard of the "X-Rated" version of the Bally Capt. Fantastic. Not much by today's standards, but I guess back in the early sixties, some of this could be considered "R-Rated" but I doubt it deserves an X.

Here's three sets of before and after photos of the X-Rated parts and you can see how the artist attempted to hide the controversial parts by adding more stars.
